Refund policy

All acquisitions processed through the Urban Chapter Archive are considered final. Each artifact is released as part of a limited narrative operation and is not produced for conventional retail circulation.
Returns are not authorized for change of intent, incorrect sizing selection, preference changes, or buyer's remorse. Operators are advised to review all sizing intelligence before initiating procurement.
Replacement authorization is reserved exclusively for verified manufacturing defects, structural compromise, transit damage, or incorrect artifact deployment. Any anomaly must be reported to the Archive within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
Artifacts reported outside the authorized response window may be denied review. Items displaying signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or unauthorized modification do not qualify for replacement authorization.
Unauthorized returns transmitted without prior approval will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Urban Chapter operates under a limited replacement protocol. All acquisitions are considered final unless the artifact received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Damages & Operational Anomalies
Inspect all artifacts immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the artifact ordered, contact support@urbanchapter.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Your report must include:
- Order identification number
- Clear photographic evidence
- Description of the defect or deployment error
Upon verification, Urban Chapter may authorize a replacement or alternative resolution at its sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Acquisitions
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of intent
- Personal preference
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Artifacts showing signs of wear, washing, or modification
Exchange Protocol
Urban Chapter does not provide standard exchanges. Replacement authorization is available only for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
International Deployment
Operations are currently optimized for India. International deployment remains restricted and will activate during a future operational phase.
Refund Authorization
Refunds are not issued for standard acquisitions. If Urban Chapter determines that a replacement cannot be issued for an approved defect claim, a refund may be authorized at our discretion. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing timelines vary depending on the payment provider.
